Subject	tuned chip wrong size for jdm ecu ??

Message	Hey guys, I ordered a chip for my '90 Z TT JDM import from Eformance in San Diego, CA. I live in Canada and imported a RHD Z TT from Japan and was assured by Eformance that the chip was compatible with my ECU. I pulled the ECU and had a skilled electronics tech buddy of mine go to solder it in - BUT HE CAN'T! He says that the OEM chip has two more pins then the new 'tuned' chip (i.e. the new tuned chip is missing two pins - not broken, jsut lower pin count). Can anyone shed some light, or did these 'tuners' just hose me? I am kind of stuck right now, since the old chip has been desoldered, so any help is much appreciated Thanks, Jared
